Rent Payment Portal

Move in cost is $400.00. This includes first weeks rent and non refundable administrative fee. 

Weekly Rent is $200.00 a week. This includes water, electric, cable, internet, washer and dryer, bed linens, towel, wash cloth, hamper, shower caddy and cleaning supplies. All of our houses are fully furnished.

All residents are provided 1 toilet paper roll and  2 laundry pods upon intake. All online payments must pay an additional $20.00 for processing fees. Please independently add your $20 charge to your payment.
